Are DeLiberato’s Bakery products gluten-free?

💃 Yasss Queen!!! 💃 Every single treat we bake is gluten-free because we believe everyone deserves to enjoy delicious baked goods without worry. While we are not a certified gluten-free facility, Laurie has Celiac disease, so we take extreme care in keeping our kitchen dedicated to gluten-free baking. That means separate tools, dedicated ingredients, and zero cross-contact with gluten.

Does DeLiberato’s Bakery offer dairy-free, nut-free, or vegan items?

Our main focus is gluten-free baked goods, but we totally get that food sensitivities and allergies often go hand in hand. While we do offer some dairy-free, nut-free, and vegan options, we encourage you to reach out so we can chat about your needs and see what we can whip up for you!

🚨 Important Note: While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contact, we do work with dairy, eggs, nuts, and other allergens in our kitchen. If you have a severe allergy, please consider this before ordering.

Where is DeLiberato’s Bakery located?

We are based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and operate as a Cottage Bakery—meaning all our goodies are baked fresh from our home kitchen.

Once your order is placed, we’ll send you an invoice with the exact pickup address for a smooth and easy pickup experience.

How much notice does DeLiberato’s Bakery need to create my order?

We kindly ask for a minimum of one week to prepare your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your specific pickup date, but spots can fill up quickly! If you have a special date in mind, let us know ASAP so we can lock it in.

💡 Last-minute request? We try our best to accommodate, but no promises! If you need something quickly, shoot us a message, and we’ll see if we can make some baking magic happen.

Can I order just one item, or is there a minimum order?

Oh, how we wish we could bake single items on demand! But to avoid waste (and to keep our ovens busy with bigger batches), we do have minimum orders in place.

💡 Want to sample without committing? Keep an eye out for our Saturday box sales! They’re the perfect way to get a mix of treats without a full order commitment.

When can I pick up my order?

🚗 Pickups are available Tuesday–Saturday, anytime after 11 AM.
We’ll confirm your pickup date with you when your order is placed, so everything is set before you arrive!

How should I store my baked goods?

Gluten-free treats can be a little... let’s say... unique in how they behave. Unlike traditional baked goods, they often do best when stored in a covered (but not airtight) container on the counter for 1–3 days.

Not eating them right away? No problem! Pop them in the freezer to enjoy later—just let them thaw before digging in.

What’s the best way to refresh my treats?

If your goodies have been chilling in the freezer, just let them thaw overnight. For that fresh-from-the-oven magic, warm them up in the microwave for a few seconds or in the oven at a low temp—and boom, bakery-fresh deliciousness!
